Arrived damaged twice :(

I ordered it twice. First time received it damaged on the supercluster color eyeshadow. Returned it to macy’s store and re ordered a new one, I still received it damaged and on the same color ( supercluster ) I have photos I appreciate the gift I received with it as it was in promo but I think you should’ve used better packaging for fragile makeup ! Please! I’m hoping to return it again and have a new one in exchange

Love to shop at Macy's when I'm at Mayfair.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Macy's - lots of great choices in the cosmetics department. The Macy's associate who assisted me, Izebel, listened carefully when I told her what I was looking for. Pigment and Shimmer!
