no quality control for open box items

open box item came broken. Is there no quality control to make sure the product is sellable prior to shipping it out ? Now I have the trouble of getting it back to you. This is not good This is the 2nd open box item I have ordered recently that had an issue proving no one is checking the open box items prior to sending them out to a new customer
