Cute but broke

I initially loved these cute little earrings but after only wearing once, the closure on one of them broke.

Beautiful purchase

Perfect - but falls out of ear

One of the earrings doesn’t clasp tight enough. It’s fallen out 3 times. The first two times I found it! But this 3rd time, it’s gone forever. Can I be sent a replacement please?

Second time ordering this beauties
