Wrong items shipped

This shipped incorrectly direct from Samsonite, and they sent a unisex toiletries kit (what?). Beware unless you buy in the store.

Toddler Approved

My daughter was 2 when I purchased this bag. She will be 4 years in a few weeks. This back pack still looks new. We only use it as her carry on bag and for weekend getaways to her Aunts. Very nice quality.

Warning tag

This was a gift for niece's daughter. Niece said is really nice, but there is a warning tag on the backpack that indicates it contains chemicals that are known causes of cancer??? Very odd for a backpack for kids. Her daughter was heartbroken that couldn't keep, as she loved it.

Purchased for Christmas, then returned because my granddaughter out grew the character. Problem free return. A Frozen bag of the same manufacturer was purchase and sent. I am pleased with the outcome. I do desire more options for children of color. Thank you, Macy’s.
