The bag I received was damaged. The handle sticks out half way, doesn’t go in completely. Looks like a used bag with dirty wheel, scratches on the body of the bag.

My new ‘on the go’ necessity!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this my very first hard shell suitcase, it is now the only one that I will use. After using this ONCE I am already looking into buying the rest of the set. Not only could I fit my overpacking of outfits, but the ability to pack shoes without worrying about them getting my clothes dirty is amazing. The shell itself is very sturdy and the rolling mechanism never fails! It held anything and everything I could need, without the suitcase itself adding too much extra weight. Highly recommend!

Cheap disappointment
Very cheaply made. The sides seem okay, although I have not used it as a checked bag. The pulling handle is very loose and wobbly, and the zipper sticks on the corners, even with zero stress on it. Return window was past before my first use so I'm stuck with it unless A.T. Will accept it back.

ROOMY luggage.

Beeeest qualitiy
