I checked the mail room and there was no package for me last night or this morning.

Didn’t receive my item at all.

I’m very upset about not getting my watch because someone didn’t print the label correctly or didn’t even pay attention the it wasn’t clear enough to show the whole address and ups returned my package that was for a Birthday Gift. I called twice to see if they could send it back overnight but they told they couldn’t do it because they had to wait for the return package first. They also told me someone was supposed to contact me about the error but no one got back to me at all.

The staff was reluctant to help me

They did size the watch but did not size the bracelet. They said that I needed to pay for the sizing of the bracelet.

Oh Lawd! Never again………

First order, box was broken and watch was missing. Called customer service, they shipped out another one free of charge. Nice! That one came pretty quickly. It’s a pretty watch.

Good style.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch was wonderful looking. Sharp. The replaceable bands are easy to switch it out. The band was too small. It feels comfortable. And very lightweight. I am concerned that if I drop it it will break. Overall good
