Just don’t buy the watch

I ordered this watch for my significant others birthday, and I was very excited for it to arrive. I got off of work and rushed home to open it only to realize that they sent the wrong watch. I called and asked for another one to be overnighted to me and was told that I had to wait 4 days for it to arrive when I actually needed it in 2 days. I agreed to wait on the correct watch even though it was going to be late. When the next watch arrived I opened it and to my surprise not only was it still the wrong watch it was also BROKEN! I called furious and all they could say is that the barcode on the box was wrong so they made another mistake. Never again will I ever purchase from Macy’s, they don’t care and continue to make careless mistakes.

terrible

terrible.. it doesn't match the photo and the bracelet broke when I put it on my wrist.
