Terrible Customer Response

Absolutely terrible customer response time, customer service and care. I changed my order from a large to a medium hours after I put in my order. The customer service and response time was days and days before they respinded with a ridiculous solution to return the coat? My issue should have been answered immediately-long before the coat was shipped!!! I list out on a great sale and ruined my outdoor Minneapolis Christmas party clothing. Will NEVER use this poorly managed store again.
