Love these chairs; very comfortable and look great; not clunky like some reclining chairs. The chairs have met the test of time; I purchased 10 years ago for our new home; they are still going strong. Guests and first time users still compliment the look and feel of these chairs - so this is not only my opinion.
13 years and still gorgeous, durable and soft!
I bought this recliner on impulse 13 years ago and while the sales person was writing it up, I ordered a second one. It’s a beautiful shade of soft yellow and later bought the short sofa in a very soft lime green. Lines are beautiful the leather is soft. I did have the seats on the recliners re-stuffed two years ago. Worth the cost but it’s needed again. Hopefully will find a better upholstery shop
Disappointed
I bought two of these recliners in orange. Within a couple of months one of the chairs had an issue. They sent someone to my home to repair it and ended up having to order a part for it. After a couple of weeks they ended up replacing the chair completely instead of fixing it. It was about a year later that other issues started to rear themselves. Here we are 5 years later and the leather sags because of poor cushioning, the foot rests don't close all the way, the seat cushions are sunk into the chair frame and the materials used to secure the mechanics of these chairs looks like they used Balsa wood! Very poor quality and workmanship. My mom had a cloth recliner for 30 years. Sat in it every single day. The worst I can say about it is that it could use some cushion freshening. Other than that it looks 100 times better than these chairs do. I am so disappointed as I paid good money for them and expected them to last much longer than this.

Most comfortable chair I have ever owned
This chair is very comfortable. The leather is so soft, easy to push into reclining position. A great chair to sleep in, watch TV or just take it easy. Highly recommend this chair.
