Poor Quality

After the first use (roasting a chicken) the inside surface started flaking. Cannot believe the inferior quality. It was hard to get a good picture of such a shiny surface.

I use this every Sunday, ham, turkey, chicken. Pot Roast…. It’s perfect! I usually have 6-10 on Sunday & this is perfect and presents gorgeous on the table!
