Didn't Ship Full Order

Didn't ship the pan protectors. Instead of an 8 piece product i received 2 items.

No Show Delivery

Never received the order; called to have it re-shipped, and it was cancelled. MACY’S isn’t what it used to be clearly; the customer service person was VERY difficult to understand (and I am multilingual).
