NEVER SHOPPING AT MACYS AGAIN

DO NOT SHOP AT MACYS, ITEM NEVER RECIEVED- love Al Clad, I’m sure I would have loved the pots. My tracking email says they were delivered yesterday to my home but they were not. I completed an online chat today and was told someone signed for my package that was not me and I would receive an email asking me to verify the signature. I haven’t received an email. I have no pans and no one has reimbursed my money. I’ll never buy anything from Macy’s ever again.

Fanatastic Pots and Pans

This is an excellent set of cookware. The nonstick surface appears to be vastly superb to other brands that I've used. Follow the instructions in "seasoning" the cookware and make sure that you hand wash for longevity of the product. Macy's definitely could've done a better job on the listing of availability due to the items actually being on backorder. The price was right and the turnaround time on delivery after the backorder was issued was tolerable.

Be Careful With These!!

IT falls apart easily and coating on the rim if you wipe it is black on a napkin. the bottoms are terrible. I love all my all clad minus these

Brand you can count on

I have recently replaced some frying pans and sauce pans. I went with a brand I could trust. They have worked out perfectly. Worth the money.
