Spendy, but well worth the investment. Our griddle we got 10 years ago broke a few years back and overall it was ok but eventuality the heat distribution was pretty bad. I got this as a replacement and I was putting off the purchase because I thought it would not be a good investment, but it is! Love it

I have used one of these for over six years. I use it almost daily. I have found many ways to use, meat vegies, toast, grilled sandwiches, etc. It is also very easy to clean It takes a few to get hot but worth the wait.

Purchased this for my husband's 60th. It replaced a Wolfgang Puck dual sided griddle that came in 3 pieces and served us well for 4 years. My husband loves to cook, especially breakfast. The former griddle was a chore to clean (my job, since he's the chef). He raved and raved how great this piece performed-it's dual temperature controls, no oil or grease needed...said it cooked fried eggs better than his Emeril favorite pan. When I say the cleanup is easy, it's a fact. I washed it off with a sponge. The grease reservoir is generous and is also nonstick. This is a pricey piece, but well worth the investment. It is well-made, professional grade and comes in one piece, save for the splash guard & grease reservoir. My husband goes on and on every time he uses his griddle-which he volunteers to clean himself these days.

Wonderful addition to our kitchen
We have enjoyed our All Clad griddle for about a year. We love it's nonstick surface. It is well worth the money! Our old griddle was used often so the nonstick would get rubbed off from cleaning. It was a pain to put away. We leave this one out on our counter. It is heavy duty and we love the drip-pan! It is a wonderful appliance. Our high school kids love it as well! We often get compliments during our family parties about how beautiful it looks. Then they want to try it out. Pancakes,bacon,& grill cheese are just the beginning. The only downside maybe it's weight. Because it is well-made, it is heavy.
