Sharp! Great addition.

Im glad AC added this knife to its collection. It’s a little longer than the one i have, & very sharp!  You have to be really Caswell using this knife. I’m going to get those gloves that prevent your finger from getting cut, given that your thumb is susceptible  to getting cut

Cut like butter

Careful

Sharp and well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this knife free as a promotion through Influenster and I’m super happy I did. I’ve had block knifes and have been missing a nice curved paring knife. It’s a great weight, perfect curve and definitely a great addition to my kitchen cutlery collection. I used it to dice up a poblano the other day and it was perfect for getting the core and seeds out. Definitely want to add more of these to my kitchen.

Excellent paring knife

Has a purpose, just not one I have often

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is sharp and excellent quality; however the curve of the knife does not allow for my normal use. I tried using it to trim strawberries and ended up cutting myself. Not the kind of knife for me.

UNBELIEVABLE
