Check Your Shipments!!!

I love the boots! the shipping is another story! they were sent to me in a huge box and my boot box inside was open with everything scattered. once i got it out of the box i saw what i thought was an invoice laying at the bottom... it wasn't an invoice, it was a direct deposit receipt from 11/15/2023 from an attorney in Delaware! how in the heck did THAT get in my box??? it has her name and address and info i dont need to know. i called Macy's customer service and explained what happened with my delivery. She said she was informing "leadership" and i wanted a call back. NO ONE has called me. i have contacted the lady is Delaware and she is aware this happened. Never shopping at Macy's again! I'm adding a picture of the box and i still have the direct deposit slip and lots of pictures!

Great Style! Poor Quality….

The boot is adorable it looks exactly like the picture! However, the quality of the man made material is extremely stiff. The boot took a good two months to break in. The zipper up the back is very cute and stylish but it tends to stick at the bottom of the boot near the heal and it makes it difficult to start the zipper. All in all, not the quality I am used to from Macy’s.

Perfectly matched the photos, it’s not genuine leather but for the price it’s nicely constructed. I like the back zipper, they seem comfortable right out the box. True to size, 7 1/2 (i size up for thicker socks). Calf size leans on the narrower side. Happy with purchase :)

Idk why people left bad reviews. The boots are very pretty and the leather is not soft but it fits comfortably. It looks just like the picture too!

Nice narrow boot

A nice fitted, narrow boot that is water proof and comfortable. The boot hold its own form (stiff leather) but isn’t uncomfortable. Great for narrow calf.

Not a quality boot in my opinion

Boots feel very lightweight and cheap. Calf circumference in the description is also incorrect.

Wanted to love these... but didn't

These boots are beautiful looking but the back zipper is a terrible feature and very hard to zip up. I really wanted to love these boots but because of the back zipper they are being returned.
