Buy it in the store instead.

Take my advice and go to the physical store to make this tie purchase. I ordered it for my husband and it arrived with a deep crease that could not be removed. I returned it and reordered. Again, it arrived with a crease, but this one was less noticeable. If I didn't get it on a good sale, I would have returned that one, too, and just repurchased it in the store. I don't understand how they can send out a tie in a loose bag without anything solid holding it to make sure it doesn't wrinkle in transit. As far as the quality of the tie, it's very nice.
