Macy's Sent me the wrong item.

Macy's sent me pants instead of the vest I ordered. By the time it got sorted out, the vest was no longer available, most likely because the person who got it instead of what they ordered thought it was cool and decided to keep it. Look, I've worked in fulfillment before. Mistakes and mis-ships happen. But this was disappointing. Macy's how are you going to do bettter?
