Online service terrible.

I purchase on line one order after 10 days waiting i called customer service , they dont know where my package is. I cancelled the order and only after a 5 days waiting they will refund my money. This isnot the first time this happened. Slow, un efficient and incompetent. I dont buy on line on Macy;s again.

Not a good purchase side they drastically shrunk, and the neckline didn't. It gets all wrinkled makes me not want to wear it.
