Evening pants

The pants are lovely. The fit is perfect. There is a band of black ribbon along the side of both legs which makes them look akin to tuxedo pants. I hadn’t noticed this in the description (although it is there). They are dressier than regular velvet pants and I think they are best suited for a very special occasion.

Frustrated with purchase

I purchased the Alex Evenings Petite Velvet Pull-On Straight-Leg Pants from you and I was very disappointed because I was sent the wrong size TWICE. I ordered the pants in PETITE SMALL, and twice received them in PETITE MEDIUM. Can you explain why?
