Inaccurate Description

The shaft circumference listed in the product description is 12.5". I received my size 7 order today and it measures 16" at the top of the boot. The online product description is therefore not accurate. The foot of the shoe has a really nice profile, but the top of the boot just looks silly being so wide. It is not proportionate to the size of the foot at all.
