Took over 1 month and did not credit account

I ordered this basket on Nov 21 because I needed it to give as a gift the first week in Dec. Since it didn't ship, I called Macy's several times and they said they could not cancel the order until it had been 10 days from shipping so I called back on 12/12, customer service told me they would credit my account but they did NOT. The order showed up on 12/22 long after I had to buy another gift. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life!!
