Brand new but scratched

I just received this set in the mail. I purchased because all of the positive reviews, however, when I opened the box one of the spoons was already scratched, like the paint was removed, which was very disappointing considering this is supposed to be a high quality set.

High quality! The shiniest, nicest looking silver ware I own. I feel proud when I have guests over to eat now and offer these silver ware for them to eat with.
