We purchased a sleeper from Macy's that arrived with unfinished legs. When we contacted the store, they offered a $1000 refund, but only if we voided any future warranty. We reluctantly accepted, not realizing just how poor the quality would be. Soon after, the couch started falling apart. We reached out for assistance, but they refused to help since we hadn’t purchased additional insurance and had voided the warranty after getting the $1000 credit. We expected quality from Macy's, but we were sorely mistaken. We won't be buying from Macy's again, and we advise others to avoid it too. The service was just as bad as the product.

Never image a sleep sofa can be this comfortable and stylish. It is worth every penny. Now I agree with my friend that the quality of merchandise sold by Macy is always above average at a very fair price.
high quality and comfortable
This is a very sturdy sofa with a thick memory foam bed. Lays flat and no springs or bars. We throw a mattress topper on it to make it just a little more cushy.

This is a super nice bed for guests and is a comfy couch too. An ottoman makes it more comfortable as a couch. I recommend getting a thick latex topper and a cotton mattress topper for this-- using both of these makes it indistinguishable from a normal and very comfortable bed. The reviews saying sheets are hard to fit are wrong: just get extra deep queen sheets, they're fine.

Both corners are sinking, is not worthy. The sofa at the store is better than the warehouse. Bought it last month and Macy's refused to exchange it even with 5 years guarantee. The fabric looks very old, please don't buy it. Very uncomfortable

Sofa is good. I normally keep it as bed at night for my kid to sleep. Sometimes, When guest comes they sleep on it. Not even a year happened frame from side is sinking and whole mattress is sinking,If you sleep on it, your back will pain. Product is not worth for money, if you are buying for daily usage. Mattress becomes horrible after daily use.

Incredible bed portion -- no more squeaky springs or metal bars hitting you in the back -- luxurious memory foam mattress pulls out from the frame, doesn't fold! Beautiful fabric in blue, nicely constructed frame, great warranty. All around a wonderful, quality piece of furniture.
