Floral Blouse

This is such a beautiful blouse in person. Little extra ruffle at the bottom makes it extra nice. The turquoise and brown look good together. Issue is that it runs small. The seam under the arms was tight, and there is a button to close the open neck from the inside that rubs. I usually wear xxsp in blouses from Loft. In this I bought a xsp and needed a small petite. I like this enough to return and get the next size up.
