Awful. Bad. The Worst

While the quality is a half step above IKEA, you're spending at least as much time assembling the bed. Also, note that the area for a mattress is larger than that of a standard full size mattress, so you'll end up with either an awkward shelf on the outside or a valley between mattress and side on the back side. Finally, there is a panel on the front of the bed that sticks up (above the drawers). This panel has very sharp corners and due to the previously mentioned poor mattress fit, a major, major hazard. We are so sad we wasted our money on this bed.

Poorly made. Not worth the price by far!!!

Poor quality, poor construction. Can’t even see the side panels when you put the mattress on. Scratches easily. Just overall poor quality compared to other furniture items purchased from Macy’s.

Says Mattress ready, but assembly was required

I searched high and low for description of assembly required, and thought I’d give my husband and myself a break with assembling furniture. It arrived in two boxes filled with many pieces. With that, it took about two hours to put together. It wasn’t too difficult, but we aren’t getting any younger. The bed is beautiful. I feel the slats for mattress were sturdy. I ordered a 13 inch mattress, and it fit beautifully. Lots of pillows, comfy blanket, and it’s perfect for our beach house as an extra bed. The true test will be the person who sleeps in it first, but overall, I was pleased.
