Very small, no stretch

I wanted to love this dress! It definitely should not be called fit and FLARE because there is no flare to it. The dress runs extremely small and there's no stretch whatsoever. I'm going to try and exchange for a bigger size but honestly think I would need to size up two sizes. Not for curvy girls.
