Beautiful Dress

Dress was beautifully simply and elegant. Not the right size, and it looks like they don't have the color I ordered to get size lower. Very nice dress.

Did not fit

I wanted to wear a nice dressy dress to an evening wedding and thought it might work but too plain and it was a bit scratchy and also did not fit well

Simple Dress, Runs Large

This dress was just okay. I purchased it for a wedding, but it didn't seem dressy enough. It runs a bit large. I'm normally a size 6 (5'7, 125 lbs.), but a size 4 would have been better. It's flattering, but just didn't have a "wow" factor for me.

Item was never received

This dress was ordered on the 14th of Feb for a wedding on the 24th of Feb. I was told when ordered in store that I would get it in time. I asked for it to be sent to the store. I was told I would get a call when it arrived. On the 18th I checked the tracking of the order and it said it would be here on the 30th which is definitely too late for the wedding. I was told I would have to wait till the item showed up at the store and then cancel and get a refund. I never got a call saying the dress was there. I called at the beginning of February to inquire about the dress and let Macy’s know I never got a call and never received the dress. The person I spoke with said we should have received an email saying the dress was lost in transit. I never received an email. I did get my money back, but it took quite awhile.

Flattering, elegant, great value.

This dress is flattering - it shows your figure without being tight. There is a bit of forgiveness in the stomach area yet it isn’t at all baggy. The sleeves are fun and yet elegant, in the navy color. I’m 5’9” and the dress hit just below my knee. I’m often between two sizes and the smaller size of the two fit me perfectly. I think the dress is a great value- it looks classy and doesn’t break the bank.

My dress was lost in the mail, and Macy's is refunding me. I can't comment on the dress itself, but Macy's customer service is great!
