LOVE

This dress is beautiful on.. so flattering and different. The top is really pretty and the material doesn't "stick" to you like some dresses like this do. It is beautiful

Beautiful dress

I bought this dress for a black tie wedding and it is perfect! Very elegant and beautiful color. I do need to get it shortened, and I’m 5’7.

Really pretty in navy

Nice dress for the price! It puckers funny at plunge line so will have to have it steamed, but otherwise fit well. Need alterations as it’s very long and maybe through shoulders. Nice for a dress up affair.

Customer Service and the Wedding Dress

This dress was perfect for a wedding, but I could not find it in my size. With a printout in hand from a local Macy's, I called every store from New York to Wyoming, looking for the size I needed. No one answered the phone at any store except one: Karen at Wyoming Valley Mall. She spent the day tracking down the dress and checking in with me along the way. She went way beyond what most people would do to help out a person in need. I appreciate all her efforts. I now have the dress I wanted. At a reduced price as well. She exemplifies customer service and should give classes in it. Thank you, Karen. Thank you, Macy's.

This is a great dress but we returned it because it's way too long for someone 5'5"-5'6". Otherwise it also is a little mature looking on a teen. Positives were the fit was amazing up top, the thicker fabric made your shape look great ans the ruching in the low back area. Would be good for winter only due to it being almost like a velvet texture.
