Tight on top , loose on bottom half of dress

Nice Dress But Not Proportionate

This is a lovely dress. The material is very nice and will hold it's shape. My only problem with the dress is that the top is not proportionate with the bottom. The dress was a size 8 which fit fine through the bottom but the top felt more like a 10.
