Nice material, runs big

I’m 5’6”, 160 lbs. 40 c bra. Ordered the 12 and must return. It is very large on top. Thinking I could use an 8 instead. Probably would need 2-3 inches hemmed and that’s with wearing 2 1/2 inch heels. The material is nice though and this could make a lovely dress for a winter formal event.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU PACK!

I am not sure you who you have hired to work in your warehouses but a London Fog jacket was shipped to me instead of this dress. I had an event to attend and no dress. Even the local Macy's store did not have acceptable gowns. I am truly disappointed in Macy's. When I explained what happened to customer service in store and via phone, they were no help whatsoever.
