Frustrating!

I’ve had tried ever which way to have this necklace lay flat, but, have had no success. I should have returned it, but it’s too late.

it would be very pretty HOWEVER, it does not lay flat so you only see the underside of the necklance

So disappointed

This necklace will not lay flat. I am wearing it for only the 2nd time and it infuriates me. You are basically paying for a dull sided box chain. You will never see the "diamond" side...don't waste your money.
