omg don't waste your money

Instead of the brightly colored orange carpet that still shows on my order details, a grey carpet was sent. When I complained, customer service said that the carpet I ordered was no longer available. So instead of informing me, Macys sent another one. This carpet had the texture of sandpaper and the pile was nowhere near an inch, more like a 1/4". It was truly ugly, rough on the feet and not worth nearly $1000. I sent it back. I'm really disappointed.
