ORDER NEVER RECEIVED

Do not bother ordering from Adore Me. They ship with UPS and my package has been at the facility for over two weeks with no movement. Everyday it tells me it will get delivered by 7 p.m. and they it changes to the following day with no update. I've contacted Adore Me since it's not Macy's fulfilling the order and they have not mailed me a new product nor have I been issued a refund.

Adore me

I bought a bras from Mays without knowing Adore me is the third party and it’s impossible to return it to Macy’s. My bras didn’t fit me and I tried to return it in their window Mays wasn’t able to give me a refund. They told me to call Macy’s customer service and they will send you a return label. I did, but I never got any label. Therefore, I was very frustrated and my money was wasted. Useless bras is in my closet after a year.
