Disappointment

Do not buy from this seller! I purchased on 2/1 in hopes that it will arrive for a party on Valentine’s Day and it didn’t get here until 2/20. I tried calling 3 times with no word back from the seller even after leaving messages and they refused to just cancel the order and send me my money back
