They work well, I get a good workout every time I use them.

Designed horribly

Would not recommend bc they sand bag next to loop to fastened will not stay properly aligned which causes the entire leg weight to flare out at the bottom then they are flapping around. You will have to adjust and realign with the loop every 12 steps...totally hate I purchased this product.

Adjustable ankle weights

Fast delivery! Adjusting the weight is a task at first, as it can take some time to remove/add the inserts (weights), but I expect that will change over time, as the fabric stretches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the versatility of these weights! There is definitely one design flaw. The rough part of the Velcro is facing out so they grab the carpet, clothes, etc.
