not a skort

so I came to look at the ad after I received this mini skirt. I was looking for a skirt. hoping to get 1/2 my money back since I only received 1/2 of what I ordered. imagine my shock as I started looking at all the reviews. Adidas or the Macy's marketing genius have no idea what a skort actually is.

Not what it says it is....

This item is described as being a skort- shorts and skirt combined as one piece. It is a skirt. I would not have ordered knowing it was a skirt. There is a difference.
