Watch works, but time falls back every 3 days

I coach and use the chronograph a lot. Watch works great for all the functions it has. Only down side is that the time falls behind about 4 minutes every 4 to 5 days. The. It just keeps falling behind until you set the time again. Not reliable for just time keeping, but other functions are good.

Looks great. Instructions however are confusing.
