Best Value Basic Digital Watch

This is the watch I wish Casio would make, and it's the best value in digital watches at the moment. It's hard to find a real stainless steel digital watch with a countdown timer that isn't an expensive metal G-shock. Casio has abandoned stainless steel in non G-shock digital watches which use chrome-plated plastic -- and none of the classic models have a countdown timer. The design of this watch is excellent, as is the 37mm size -- as most classic digitals are tiny by today's standards. The electroluminescent backlight is another great feature. The build-quality and finish of this watch is very good for the price, which includes a signed "Adidas" stainless steel buckle. My only minor criticism of this watch is that the Timex module is clunkier than even the cheapest Casio module. There is no way to silence the beeps, which are triggered with every button press. Still, a great value watch.
