Missing pants

I got this set as a birthday gift for my nephew. I had to wait about a week just for it to arrive at Macy’s store.The day it came in I picked it up the same day and was able to give it to my nephew for his birthday. I witnessed him open the bag and to my surprise. There was only a jacket, no pants. I went back the Macy’s app to read the description just to make sure I didn’t place an order and not read it correctly, but it says set two pieces. It’s very disappointing to pay for a set and only receive half of your order. I called customer service the same night and was told they cannot find the pants or any other pants that can match it. I don’t understand if it’s sold as a set. Wouldn’t there be a missing pants floating in Macy’s warehouse? Now I have to ask for that gift back just to take it back to Macy’s for a return and then purchase a set at another Macy location. It’s just too much back-and-forth.

Great quality

I recommend it, it is very good quality, I bought 3 sets and one single pant, 2 of them the cashier forgot to take off the security tags , I hated since I didn’t see it till I gave it as a gift. I hope Macy’s cashier will be more careful, since this was not the first time It happened, and while I bought this I specifically was joking with the cashier and told her please make sure to take off all the security tags, I don’t want to be scared with alarms walking out, and she said no worries I know this happens a lot of time, then here you go , regardless of telling her that, yet I got 2 pants that have the plastic tags very disappointing, but the pants and adidas sets are super nice and good quality
