Watch fell apart with first wear
My daughter finally wore her watch from Christmas and it broke apart. The two face plates broke off and the side buttons fell out. No rough housing, just walking around normal. Super disappointed because of course we just missed the return date. Would not buy this product again.

Poor quality, Broke within minutes after opening!
Bought 2 for gifts and both broke. The first ones strap broke taking it out of the package. Opened the second one and put on the little girl and the buckle tongue cracked in half. These are poorly made. I have gotten watches for much cheaper that were better made.

Problem Battery
Battery failed within one day. Per instructions, battery replacement not allowed. Not sure if its due to old watch inventory or poor quality battery.

Cheap quality
Buckle is very cheaply made! It broke the first time I try putting it on my daughter!! I returned it twice until I decided to get my money back!
