Rippel effect

I was very disappointed with this chair as the packing of it in the box made the top and seat cushion lose there smooth edge. The seat along the front has been squashed into the box causing an uneven edge. The back cushion is the same problem, it was pushed into the box and is uneven on the lower edge. I have not contacted the manufacturer as yet hoping the foam padding might smooth itself out.
