Problems shipping "brown" color

Great stool, but shipper must be more careful. Ordered several in "brown" (faux wood trim, depicted as a medium oak color) over separate shipments. One shipment was "brown" but the other was a black walnut color. Not convinced customer service adequately alerted shipper to confirm the replacement will be "brown" as ordered.
