Elegant floral scent
Have been using Lancome fragrance and was in store to look for something new. This alcone absolue rose 101 fragrance is floral and lightly scented, not overbearing, layered with musk and a woody touch. Will sure enjoy wearing it.

Strong but floral scent

The strength & beauty of the Rose
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do enjoy this scent it’s nice. It comes out a bit strong/overwhelming but after you’ve let it sit on your skin for a minute it’s much lighter. I do think it’s mine of a mature scent with very strong floral notes which makes sense since it’s a Rose perfume. The scent will stay with you most of the day which is nice. It doesn’t wear off a few minutes after you put it on but probably would barely still be there after a long day. All in all it lasts as it should. I would recommend this perfume for anyone that enjoys more mature scents with strong floral notes. As for me I prefer more sweet, candy, fruity, vanilla type scents but I did enjoy trying out this perfume.

1001 roses captured in a bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have loved the scent of roses, but I’ve found it difficult to find a scent that could capture the scent of fresh rose without it missing the mark. This scent, however, knocks it out of the park. It’s truly the essence of fresh rose, a 1001 of them! It’s like you are walking through a rose garden in the early morning, fresh dew on the petals. Truly a beautiful scent. I think this scent could beautifully layer with others from the Lancôme collection as well!
