Purchased skirt

I did purchase the skirt, but there were no medium tops available. The week before the sale there was a large available but it was gone and there still no medium tops even before the sale. So how can you purchase a set when Macy's, apparently did not secure enough of a size that is what most women need? So I am searching all over to find something to match the skirt . It was not available in the store or online . Disappointed!
