Disppointing performance

I’ve had this stir-fry pan for about a year. While I loved it at first, I’m now really disappointed—everything sticks to it, even when I use oil or butter. It’s never been used in the oven and has only ever been hand-washed. My older Tramontina nonstick pan performs much better, even after years of use.

I love them best I ever have had. And I have tried them all. No sticking at all and you can cook at lover temps. Clean up is a breaze also. Have just enough weight to them to be safe.
