Repackaged damaged goods.

I do not know what's happening with Macy's lately. I keep getting repackaged damaged goods. I can't review this item because it's damaged.

Poor engineering on the filter

filter by spout is a great idea but to take it off and try and put it back on is very difficult and you can actually cut yourself when trying to reinstall it. This is an engineering issue and needs to be addressed
