Picture color mix match

I was looking for a rusty orange earth tone. The picture resembled it but the clor was a lot brighter. Nice jacket just not was I was looking for.

Zipper Broke Just AFTER 30 DAY RETURN

I never mind paying for quality. In this case, I feel cheated. I bought this for my husband to give him for a Valentine’s Day Gift. He worn it for a few weeks, and the zipper broke. 😩 Feeling cheated.

Worst online purchase experience

I had place an online order for 4 items winter vest just to be more specific I was supposed to get the delivery on a Saturday two weeks ago and And the same day Of the delivery, I received a notification that I wasn’t gonna get my package because it was not on the correct address so that the package was gonna be sent back to the sender I call myself right away and find out that in fact the package was gonna be sent back to the sender because apparently on the address that Macy’s had there was a letter in front of the number of my property which my property doesn’t have a letter and they place the same exact order to get it delivered then following Saturday which again it happened so that’s twice that happened and I called my sister and they were trying to help out, but however, my items were already out of stock and we’re not available so I did not get the items not even the refund because I had to purchase the items three different times and add until this day I haven’t even gotten my refund on my account so Macys really disappointed me And here I am with Without my items without my money in my account and just hoping for the best, just careful placing online still love macys just messed up on thus one ,

Worth the price (when on sale)

Looks good and fits well. The vest would have been great (for me) if it had zippered (rather than regular) exterior pockets. To be fair, I bought the vest on sale, which makes the vest worth the price.
