Shipping Needs to Be Improved

Ordered this pan 3 times beginning from Black Friday 2024. Each pan arrived damaged. I was waiting for Black Friday special for about 6 months and was so disappointed with the shipments. Then for over 2 months, it was not available to order online. Determined to get this pan in good shape because it’s perfect for frying chicken.

poor customer service

I purchased this in the red color& came damaged. So I opened the chat line (done that before with other issues & was helpful)...but they wanted me to return item, which I figured & was going to charge me double the regular price & not the sale price! I canceled that & told them refund me & I shipped damaged pan back. My question is, why wasn't just another one shipped & I return damaged for same price i paid?

Pot was warped

I received the pot and it was so warped, the lid wouldn’t fit. I returned it and ordered another one. When it arrived, it was also warped

terrible when it arrived

Glass lid had several deep gouge scratches in it and unbelievably pan was very bent like it was dropped on handle and packaged as new. So angered. I bought for myself thank god I did not give as a gift. They would have thought I bought it at a used item store I am returning it tomorrow-

Great Size Skillet

I love the width and felt of this pot. It is my favorite pan to make all kinds of different things. I use it to sauté, fry and soups!
