Poorly packaged and wrecked during delivery

Ordered this as a gift for my wife. Received it in an envelope without much protection. Opened to find it had been completely smashed and destroyed. I had expected better from Macy's.

Never received the item

I live in a rural area and have to use a PO Box for some deliveries and a physical address for others. I provide Macy's with both addresses when I order, but for some reason the two addresses are not included when the item is shipped. I. hope you have better luck!

not worth it

Worst set ever on the first day that I wore it , got discolored. Not worth it at all really disappointed don’t waste your money . Not recommended
