The Chef's Knife blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. Next Level Blades

My first Zwilling Knives were from the twin signature series and it was the perfect way to get into the Zwilling cutlery cult. These pro series are next level from a performance pov, the weighted blades and rivet bridge to blade makes all the difference. sad part is they are so sharp i have cut myself a few times.

Love these

I love these knives. They feel great in hand, the weight is fantastic. They’re insanely sharp and the blade feels like it’s cutting through nothing. It’s a huge upgrade from the calphalon knives I had before
